Fred Walton is the owner and managing member of Walton Water Services, LLC. He is a Class A certified wastewater operator and holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Penn State University. Fred has a strong background in maintenance specializing in rehabilitating older facilities, bringing them into compliance with the ever more stringent permit limitations.
